REMINDER: POWER WASHING ON APRIL 25th & 26th

On April 25 and 26 (weather permitting), Delmarva Powerwash will be cleaning gutters and power washing ALL buildings. The gazebo, dumpster area, and the front sign will also be done. To avoid any damage, please ensure that any items that you may be concerned about, i.e., furniture, flowers, hanging baskets, etc., are removed or properly secured. You may want to cover any flowers or plants as well. If there are areas you do not want power washed, please let us know by Monday, April 23, at 5:00 p.m. and we will inform Delmarva Powerwash.

Due to the age of our buildings and the risk of damage, decks, screens, sliding doors and windows will not be power washed. These items are the responsibility of individual owners.
