SPECIAL MEETING HELD ON NOVEMBER 14, 2009

The Special Meeting was held for the purpose of considering a special assessment to correct moisture, mold, and wood rot under the crawlspaces of the six Glade Condominium Association buildings. As a result of the meeting, a committee was appointed to make recommendations for crawlspace mitigation, both exterior and interior. The committee will be asked to report back to the Board by January 31, 2010. A subsequent meeting will be scheduled with the Council of Unit Owners to discuss the recommendations and related special assessment.

FOLLOW UP: The appointed committee has failed to meet and provide any reports to the Board as of June 15, 2010. The Board will be subsequently meeting to take further action on following up on this important issue.
