The Annual Meeting of the Council of Unit Owners took place on November 5, 2016 for the purpose of electing the 2017 Board of Directors.A quorum was met with the proxies that had been mailed in. This is why it is so important that proxies be returned so that Meetings can be held without having the expense and wasted time of people to have to reschedule. These meetings are required by State Law.
As a result of the election, the 2017 Board Members will be: Jason McCoy, Cindy Houghtaling, Paul Bridges, Bryan Horikami, and Linda Bambary.
After the Annual Meeting, the newly elected 2017 Board Members held a brief meeting to appoint Officers and to vote on the 2017 Budget. The Officers for 2017 are: Linda Bambary (President); Paul Bridges (Vice-President); Bob Bambary (Treasurer); and Bryan Horikami (Secretary). The 2017 Budget was approved, without changes, from the proposed budget that was mailed to all Unit Owners in September 2016.
