Annual HOA Meeting - Election of 2019 Board

As a result of the election, the 2019 Board Members will be: Heather Elliott, Bryan Horikami, Cindy Houghtaling, Melissa Graves, and Jason Beauchamp.After the Annual Meeting, the newly elected 2019 Board Members held a brief meeting to appoint Officers and to vote on the 2019 Budget. The Officers for 2019 are: Heather Elliott (President); Jason Beauchamp (Vice-President); Bob Bambary (Treasurer); and Bryan Horikami (Secretary), and Bevery Beauchamp (Ass't Secretary). The Annual Meeting of the Council of Unit Owners took place on November 3, 2018 for the purpose of electing the 2019 Board of Directors.A quorum was met with the proxies that had been mailed in. This is why it is so important that proxies be returned so that Meetings can be held without having the expense and inconvenience to have to reschedule. These meetings are required by State Law.
