Please remember as of January 1, 2017, ALL payments/fees shall be mailed to the following address:

Payments received at this address will automatically be deposited into the Glade account, thereby eliminating the need for anyone to collect payments, complete deposit slips and transport them to the Bank. Payment coupons will also be prepared by the Bank of Delmarva and mailed to all owners by December 1st of each year.
It is VERY IMPORTANT that your check has the account number (UNIT number) written on it, especially if it is not accompanied by the payment coupon.
If you have online banking payments set up, whereby your bank sends a paper check either automatically or initiated by you, please be sure to change the payment address and most importantly that your account number (UNIT number) is included on the check.
If you are making payment for MULTIPLE UNITS, please ensure that EACH account number (UNIT number) is written/included on the check, if using one check for all units.
If the Bank is unable to identify the account where the payment is to be posted, then the check will be returned. If it subsequently is received late, then your account could be subject to a late fee.
Please DO NOT send payments directly to the Glade, or hand deliver them to a Board member or Officer. As previously stated, effective with the 2017 quarterly payments, ALL payments SHALL be mailed to the above address.
