This City of Salisbury notified us that there is a substantial water leak at Building 2 (Units 725, 727, 729, 731, 733, 735, 737 & 739) of The Glade. This leak has increased our most recent water bill for Building 2, by $2,000 for the past 3 months. We need your help to quickly fix this problem as it will be increasing costs to ALL owners!
We need all residents to please check your toilets, tubs, and sinks to see if you have any leaky faucets or any other types of plumbing leaks. Attached is some information to help you identify if you are experiencing any water leak issues. If you determine that you have a leak, please repair them immediately. If you are a renter, please contact your landlord and ask for it to be repaired immediately. If you need plumber referrals, please let us know and we would be happy to share a few we have used here at the Glades.
Once you have checked your unit for water leaks please email us or call us and to let us know what you found. This will greatly help us narrow down where this leak is coming from, so we can get it fixed as quickly as possible. gladecondo@gmail.com (443-502-0709)
