2010 Annual Meeting

Annual Meeting of the Council of Unit Owners was held on Saturday, November 6, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the Wicomico County Library. The unit owners elected to serve as the 2011 Board members were: Linda Bambary, Virginia Bridges, Larry Larmore, Melissa Graves, and Ken Taylor. The new Board will be meeting within the next 10 days to approve the 2011 budget, elect the 2011 Officers, and discuss the mitigation issues in the crawlspaces.

Thanks to all the unit owners that took time to attend or mail in their proxy. Only with everyone's cooperation can we be successful in maintaining our community to the highest standards.
