On June 21 and 22, 2016 (weather permitting), Delmarva Powerwash will be cleaning gutters and power washing ALL buildings (1 through 6). The gazebo, dumpster area, and the front sign will also be done. To avoid any damage, please ensure that any items that you may be concerned about, i.e., furniture, flowers, hanging baskets, etc., are removed from the deck areas, or properly secured. You may want to cover any flowers or plants as well. If there are areas you do not want power washed let us know by Monday, June 20, at 5:00 p.m. and we will inform Delmarva Powerwash. Due to the age of our buildings and the risk of damage, unstained decks, screens, sliding doors and windows will not be power washed.
Also, there are several deck lights that need replacing. For security and safety, please replace any bulbs that have blown out.
